The little girl in this drawing is Christie Hope, niece of detective Sherlock Holmes, and star of her own manga: Young Miss Holmes, by Kaoru Shintani.
I was inspired to do this drawing after doing a little research on Get Christie Love, a TV crime drama from the 70's, which starred the late Teresa Graves.
I had to improvise a little on the background.
At the bottom of the drawing are Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson themselves, as they appear in the Young Miss Holmes manga.
